Afriteaque

March has arrived and with it the launch of a new organic (and ethical) women’s skincare range with rooibos – or redbush – as an active ingredient.
Normally drunk as a refreshing, naturally caffeine-free tea, South African redbush contains potent antioxidants, reputed to have anti-aging properties.
The manufacturers also say that its anti-inflammatory properties make the range a suitable choice from those with problem skins.
Additions to the launch range are planned for later in the year, but at present Afriteaque boasts a five-strong team of products:
* Afriteaque Rooibos Cleansing Milk (£17, 200ml)
* Afriteaque Rooibos Toning Spritzer (£17, 200ml)
* Afriteaque Rooibos Day Cream (£28, 75ml)
* Afriteaque Rooibos Night Cream (£30, 50ml)
* Afriteaque Rooibos Body Care Lotion (£15, 200ml)
Other natural botanical ingredients in the range include aloe vera gel, marula oil, avocado oil, chamomile, calendula, peach and green tea extracts.
The range is free from parabens, petrochemicals, sodium lauryl sulphate, perfumes, ethoxylated ingredients, sulphated surfactants and GM ingredients.
