Apodea – Premium Italian biodynamic, organic bodycare
An organic and biodynamic bodycare range from Italy has just been newly launched onto the UK market.
The Apodea range of products are made in small batches by the Rossi family in Umbria, Italy, according to Demeter International biodynamic and/or ICEA organic standards.
The artisan range is built around a core of organic bee-derived products – honey, beeswax, and propolis – which are said to possess protective, calming, hydrating, anti-bacterial and healing properties. The bees producing the honey collect nectar from wild Umbrian plants, including from peach, almond and olive trees, and honeysuckle, lilac, rosemary, wild thyme and limeblossom.

The products are gentle, naturally lightly scented and with high emollient properties, boasting organic Italian cold pressed and essential oils such as Sicilian lemon and geranium. They’re also ideal for pregnant women, and suited to men and children too.
All packaging is 100% recyclable and the Apodea range is free from synthetic fragrances, artificial colouring, mineral oil derivatives, propellants or GMOs and are not tested on animals.
