It’s taken six years of development, but the Liz Earle Naturally Active Haircare range has finally been launched.
The four-strong collection features one shampoo and three conditioners. The range has been developed with the aid of feedback received from tens of thousands of Liz Earle customers, in response to a request for their thoughts about the haircare products they really wanted to use. Co-founder Liz Earle distilled this vast quantity of information into a simple descriptive sentence to summarise the Naturally Active Haircare range: “A carefully edited hair care range that is simple, a pleasure to use and gives high performance results, whilst being SLS and SLES free to leave hair clean, hydrated and with high shine.”
The ‘for everyone’ Botanical Shine Shampoo (£7.50, 200ml) is suitable for all hair types, and boasts almost 90% naturally derived ingredients, with natural vitamin E, aloe vera and shea butter, and eight essential oils too.
The conditioners each complement the Botanical Shine Shampoo and contain 95% naturally derived ingredients, including moisturising Kenyan yangu oil, apple and orange extracts to promote shine, and blue seakale to keep hair colour-safe.
The conditioners (all £7.50, 200ml) are:
* Botanical Shine Conditioner for Oily Hair: a light conditioner with black cohosh for finely balanced conditioning;
* Botanical Shine Conditioner for Normal Hair: a creamy conditioner with meadowfoam oil for optimum, light conditioning, leaving hair glossy and hydrated;
* Botanical Shine Conditioner for Dry or Damaged Hair: an ultra-rich conditioner with shea butter for rich conditioning and hydration.
The range is free from mineral oils and GM ingredients, as are all Liz Earle products. The hair care range is additionally free from SLS and SLES.
